Job description Job Title: - Business Development Executive Job Description : We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our cybersecurity services to new markets while maintaining strong ties with existing client. Qualification : - BBA in Marketing, MBA in Marketing or experienced in related field Experience : - 2-5 years Location : - Bhubaneswar Job Type : - Full time Schedule : Day Time Responsibilities · Identify and target potential clients in the IT or cybersecurity space. · Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns etc. · Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of business opportunities. · Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive analysis, and client needs. · Develop strategic plans to position the company’s cybersecurity solutions effectively. · Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. · Act as a point of contact for client communications and negotiations. · Ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships. · Prepare and deliver persuasive business proposals, presentations, and demonstrations. · Collaborate with the technical team to design customized solutions based on client requirements. · Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue objectives. · Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns. · Maintain accurate records of sales activities, and client interactions. · Provide regular updates and insights to management on business development performance. Skills Required · Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role in the cybersecurity domain. · Strong understanding of IT services or cybersecurity solutions. · Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. · Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office applications. · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. · Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
