Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business development strategies to expand market presence and achieve revenue targets within the US staffing industry. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and client demands related to staffing services. Utilize market insights to identify new business opportunities and differentiate offerings. Proposal Development: Prepare and present proposals, bids, and RFP responses to prospective clients, outlining staffing solutions, pricing structures, and service offerings. Negotiation and Contracting: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with company objectives and standards. Collaboration: Work closely with internal recruitment teams, account managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of staffing solutions and exceptional client satisfaction
