Business Development Executive - SaaS Sales | US Market Job Location: South Delhi / Noida Timings: 6pm to 3pm IST Onsite - Work from Office only What Makes This Role Unique Early Opportunities: As an early hire at a fast-growing transportation technology startup, youll receive equity, a base salary, and commissions for each deal you help close. Strategic Impact: Work closely with your sales Pod to drive sales initiatives, develop scalable systems, explore new growth opportunities, and represent SpotBus at industry conferences nationwide. Versatility in Role: Engage in various aspects of the business, from business development and pipeline generation to sales operations and conference engagement. Requirements Prospecting: Youll make 100+ calls daily to Transportation Directors at School Districts across the U.S., aiming to book 20 demos each week for our Sales Executive Team. Management: Manage and update HubSpot with new leads, run outreach cadences via calls and emails, create proposals, reschedule demos, and refine our lead generation playbook with best practices. Culture: Contribute your ideas, feedback, and strategies to help shape SpotBuss unique culture and future vision for student transportation. What You Bring to the Team 2+ years of experience in outbound technology sales. Ability to manage large prospect lists and consistently engage with 100+ prospects daily. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the technical aptitude to quickly learn and master our sales tools. A focus on understanding and addressing prospects' pain points rather than simply selling features. A passion for booking demos and ensuring seamless handoffs between yourself and the sales team.
