Beyond Red Ocean Consulting headquartered in Mumbai has a significant Business operations in Kolkata and currently operates from a Home-Office in Southern Avenue with a team of 4 Sales and 2 Business Coaches. The Objective is to grow the Sales team, Business Coaches and additional services like HR Consulting etc. In 2024, Beyond Red Ocean Consulting expanded its operations in West Bengal by becoming the Exclusive Partner for Network in Action USA (www.networkinaction.com). Network in Action is the World’s #2 Business Networking Organisation and is looking to set up Chapters & Sub Franchisee’s in West Bengal. Job Description: Be a member of the Sales team to help increase the Client Base and Revenue for both the Businesses of Beyond Red Ocean Consulting. Take complete responsibility from Lead Generation to Closure through consistent engagement with potential clients Work Closely with the Marketing organisation for generation and management of new leads New Database generation and management using the CRM platform Regular emailer management Organise Seminars/Webinars for prospective clients – ensure at least 25 Entrepreneurs from the target audience in the room. Attending and Representing Beyond Red Ocean Consulting in Networking and Business Forum. Identifying Industry Associations for memberships and speaking slots.
