Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive on behalf of our esteemed client . The ideal candidate will be instrumental in identifying new business opportunities, fostering relationships with key stakeholders such as architects, builders, and contractors, and driving sales growth for the client's product portfolio. This role is pivotal in expanding the client's market presence and achieving strategic sales objectives. Key Responsibilities:Operational Management: Execute daily business development activities in alignment with organizational goals. Adhere strictly to the client's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies. Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of the client's brands, materials, finishes, and pricing structures. Accurately document customer interactions and information using Excel and other designated tools. Lead Generation: Identify and generate new leads through various channels, including networking and market research. Qualify leads and prioritize follow-up activities to maximize conversion rates. Client Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing customers. Understand client needs thoroughly and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs. Sales Pitching and Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling product presentations to potential clients. Highlight the unique benefits and value propositions of the client's products effectively.Indeed Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular sales reports and market analytics to the management team. Identify and communicate sales performance trends, market dynamics, and areas for improvement. Product Promotion: Actively promote the client's products through various marketing and sales initiatives. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential clients. Record Management: Prepare and submit daily activity reports to the appropriate authorities. Maintain accurate sales data and documentation. Generate weekly review reports and analyze sales performance, including identifying sales losses. Maintain and update the budget versus sales sheet on a daily basis. General: Submit leave requests to the HR Manager in accordance with company policy. Maintain a high level of professional etiquette and uphold the goodwill of the organization. Participate actively in daily and weekly meetings and reviews. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Thrissur, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: aluminium/ plywood/building material: 1 year (Required) Willingness to travel: 50% (Preferred) Work Location: In person
