Key Responsibilities Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and social media outreach. Understand client requirements and present suitable software solutions. Conduct product demos and presentations to prospects. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to meet individual and team targets. Collaborate with the pre-sales, marketing, and product teams to align on customer needs and value propositions. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and events. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM tools. Negotiate and close deals, ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new clients. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in software sales or business development (SaaS experience is a plus). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand and present complex software products. Self-starter with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset. Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho). Comfortable with travel and field sales if required.
