Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in software sales , either in a product-based or service-based company, and a strong understanding of B2B selling strategies. You will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels (cold calling, networking, email campaigns, social media, etc.) Understand client requirements and present appropriate software solutions (services) Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships Conduct meetings, product demos, and presentations to prospective clients Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals Collaborate with the technical team for pre-sales support and delivery coordination Maintain sales pipeline and report regular updates to the management Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities Requirements: Proven experience (1 to 4 years) in software sales product or service-based companies Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Understanding of the software development lifecycle and solution selling Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and online sales tools Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred) Preferred Skills: Prior experience in App / Website / CRM / ERP / Custom Software sales Knowledge of IT industry trends and technologies Experience in B2B sales and client account management
