Job Responsibilities: ● Manage inbound and outbound calls promptly. ● Understand the company's overall concept, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service. ● Engages with customers or clients and provides service. ● Provide suggestions to management for improving customer service and internal processes. ● Assists in creating performance reports. ● Fulfilling tasks set out by the supervisor. .
