Roles and Responsibilities Develop new business opportunities through client acquisition, relationship building, and sales strategies. Manage existing clients' needs by providing exceptional service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored staffing solutions that meet clients' requirements. Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity. Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes. Desired Candidate Profile 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development within the recruitment/staffing industry. Proven track record of success in client acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. Strong understanding of domestic staffing services including permanent placements, temporary/contract staffing, outsourcing/outsourcing management. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven 2-4 years of experience in business development within the IT- Recruitment/ staffing industry. In-depth knowledge of IT staffing services and market dynamics. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
