Role: Business Development Associate Location: 747, Pooja Bulding,80 Ft road 4th Block, Koramangala, Bangalore,Karnataka-560034 Job Type: Full-Time, Night Shift Eligibility Criteria: Graduate (Any stream). Minimum 1 year experience in inside sales/business development with revenue-based responsibilities for the US/UK market. Excellent communication, discovery, customer service and presentation skills (written and verbal) to persuasively connect with senior level decision makers. High level of proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) Proven ability to maintain a steady pipeline for short/mid/long term sales goal. Key Responsibilities: Demonstrate effective selling skills and product understanding to uncover customer needs to position an appropriate solution. Update and create tailored client proposals and negotiate further to close the deals. Understand, monitor, and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers. Manage proposal response process, including detailed RFP requirements, content creation, and inputs from various sources. Nurturing accounts and contacts through various mediums of communication. Develop and implement overarching sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices across the company. Support deal structure and pricing with business value analysis; negotiate prices for proactive bids and proposals.
