Job Description Sr. Business Development Executive Investors Devine is an Investment Advising Real Estate Company and a brokerage firm that acts as a Channel Partner to help Real Estate Developers / Promoters to do direct sales and grow business at higher velocity in an organized manner. The firm is providing advising services in the field of commercial property investments and now venturing into the residential property segment as the demand in this segment continue to rise. The company act as a one-stop destination and provide personalized service to the customers and cater to each and every aspect of their property needs. We understand that every client has unique needs, keeping which in mind we developed our value-added services that go beyond their expectations. It is our belief that a property deal is more than just a transaction, its the start of a long-term relationship, one which is built on knowledge, trust and transparency. Roles and Responsibilities Make calls to prospective clients to introduce iNVESTORS DIVINE services and identify potential investment opportunities. Explain product details & benefits to prospective clients and organize site visit. Qualify leads based on established criteria and set appointments for our sales team. Gather relevant information from prospective clients to understand their investment needs and preferences. Maintaining deal pipelines and client contact lists. Maintain accurate records of interactions with clients in our CRM system. Provide information on available properties, market trends, and investment opportunities. Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads and provide ongoing support as needed. Meet weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and qualification. Ensuring implementation of plans, monitoring the results and achievement of goals. Review sales funnel for each team member and provide guidance to close the deal Break down weekly/ monthly/quarterly targets. Visiting potential customers for new business if required. Skills Required Interpersonal Skills Reporting Research Results Time Management Communication Skills General Math Skills Self-Motivated and independent worker Pleasing but assertive Personality Excellent in Presentation of the Products Excellent selling, negotiation & communication skills Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Regular Collage only). 10th & 12th with above avg. performance Minimum 2-5 years experience in (Sales) process. Experience in Real Estate / Banking / Financial Institutes / Luxury products sales is must. Experience with reputed organization with minimum 20-25 employees. (optional) Excellent writing and speaking skills. Salary: 18to25K plus Incentive(Executive) Salary 25K to 40K per month plus incentive (Sr. Executive)
