With over a decade of experience, we’ve delivered high-performing digital ecosystems to brands in education, healthcare, BFSI, and more. Role Overview: We are seeking a Website Sales Executive or Manager who can understand client requirements and sell end-to-end website design and development solutions. This includes static websites, dynamic CMS-based sites, e-commerce platforms, landing pages, and application interfaces. The ideal candidate will have a consultative sales approach and the ability to translate business goals into web solutions. Key Responsibilities: Engage with inbound and outbound leads interested in new websites or revamps. Understand client needs and translate them into functional and technical web briefs. Pitch SRV’s website development services, including UI/UX design, CMS (WordPress, Shopify), frontend/backend development, and hosting. Collaborate with tech and design teams to prepare proposals, timelines, and pricing. Conduct competitor benchmarking and consult clients on UX trends, mobile responsiveness, and SEO-friendliness. Manage the sales pipeline, follow-ups, and closures using CRM tools. Upsell related services like SEO, content writing, landing page A/B testing, and analytics integrations. Requirements: 2 to 5 years of experience in B2B website or IT services sales. Strong understanding of modern web design, CMS platforms, web tech stack basics, and hosting solutions. Experience working with design and development teams to scope projects and define deliverables. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Self-driven and target-focused mindset with attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in an agency or IT services firm selling websites or custom software. Familiarity with project management tools like Trello, Asana, or ClickUp. Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO, and CRO best practices.
