Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with proven experience in international staff augmentation, particularly in the C2C (Client-to-Contractor) business model. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in aligning resources effectively, driving business growth, and managing client relationships in the IT staffing space. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities in the staff augmentation and IT solutions space, with a focus on international markets. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including IT leaders, HR managers, and talent acquisition heads. Understand clients' resource needs and provide customised staffing solutions. Effectively align resources with client requirements, ensuring smooth contract and contractor management. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and industry trends. Collaborate with internal teams (HR, operations, recruitment) to ensure timely and quality resource delivery. Prepare and present business proposals, contracts, and presentations to prospective clients. Achieve sales targets and KPIs related to staff augmentation services. Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and SLAs with clients. Stay updated on industry best practices and client requirements. Key Requirements Proven experience (5+ years) in business development or sales in staff augmentation or IT services, especially in international markets. Expertise in the C2C business model and resource alignment. Strong understanding of the IT staffing industry, including sourcing, recruiting, and managing contractors. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. Strong relationship management skills and a customer-focused approach. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking platforms. A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs. International experience in aligning IT resources and managing clients. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in the US, UK, Middle East or other international markets.
