Your Role: Business Development ExecutiveWe're looking for a smart, driven, and target-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing sales team. In this role, you’ll be the face of Suvit for potential customers—helping them understand our product, solving their queries, and ultimately converting interest into long-term success. Roles & Responsibilities Engage with potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, and email (leads provided). Understand the client’s business needs and schedule product demos. Conduct clear and persuasive online demos to showcase how Suvit simplifies accounting tasks. Address customer doubts and explain how Suvit saves time and increases accuracy. Follow up with leads consistently to build trust and close deals. Convert qualified leads into paid customers and ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets (with full support from the team). Adhere to Suvit’s structured and proven sales process (SOP). What We’re Looking For 1 to 4 years of experience in Inside Sales, Tele Sales, or B2B Sales. Excellent communication and persuasion skills. Comfortable speaking on phone/video with clients. Proficient in both Hindi and English (fluency in both is essential). Self-motivated and ready to work towards monthly targets.
