Role & responsibilities Client Relationship Management : Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients, acting as the primary point of contact to ensure their satisfaction. Sales Strategy : Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue goals and business objectives. Market Research : Conduct in-depth market research to understand industry trends, client needs, and competitor activities to effectively position Talrops offerings. Pitch & Proposal Development : Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals, and presentations to potential clients. Negotiation & Deal Closure : Negotiate terms and conditions with clients and close deals that are beneficial to both the company and the client. Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, project management, and other internal teams to ensure alignment and smooth delivery of services to clients. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM software. Provide regular reports on sales performance and business development activities. Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand Talrops presence and attract new business.
