Business Development Executive (Telesales)

Job Description

Role & responsibilities Contacting SME clients to fact find about their business and enriching the lead on our CRM. B2B outbound calling mainly speaking with punjabi speaking clients but good knowledge of english is a must. Building relation with the clients while assessing their business requirements and goals. Consulting clients on their options while showcasing our products and services. No hard selling, this is purely a relationship building task while promoting our services which the client is actively seeking or will be when the time is right. Achieving sales targets through acquisition of new clients and growing business from existing clients by upselling additional services. Developing a database of qualified leads through prospecting, referrals and online research. Prospect relentlessly to build a pipeline and strong personal relationships with prospects Be proactive about solving problems even if its outside of your area and be ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge Seek out opportunities to be a leader and do everything you can to help the company achieve its larger objectives. Leader role progression available in the future. Preferred candidate profile Strong telecommunication skills Punjabi must be first language. Telesales or outbound calling experience would be an advantage especially calling Canadian or US businesses. To work autonomously to exceed very achievable targets. Resilient and eager to learn new style of consultive selling to achieve targets. Ability to quickly pick up sales training and basic computer systems. Ability to work 6.30PM to 02:30AM OR 7.30PM to 3.30AM IST (Monday to Friday) Quite home office area to work without distractions. Educated to a Bachelors Degree level. Perks and benefits Starting wage is 2.4 lacs, increasing to 3.6 lacs after probation period. Potential to earn commissions after probation period.
