Responsibilities The ability and desire to sell. Familiarizing you with all products and services offered by our company. Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients. Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained. Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients. Prepare regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts for management review. Prospect, identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, networking, and referrals. Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices. Ability to manage the team and get the expected results by guiding and motivating them. Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by management. Handle inbound and outbound calls to clients A positive, confident, and determined approach. Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection. A high degree of self-motivation and ambition. The skills to work both independently and with a team. Requirements Degree in marketing, business administration, or similar. Excellent communication skills, Verbal and Written. Neat, well-groomed appearance. Good email writing skills.
