In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through Upwork, managing leads, and driving the end-to-end sales process. You will be expected to identify potential clients, communicate effectively to understand their needs, and submit compelling proposals. The role also involves account management to maintain relationships with current clients, ensuring they receive high-quality service and support.
