Role & responsibilities As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in engaging potential clients through cold calling and outbound communication. Your focus will be on building relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall growth of the company. Conduct cold calling to generate new business and follow up with prospects. Focus on customer retention, ensuring existing clients remain satisfied and loyal. Drive engagement through outbound calls, managing client relationships and upselling when possible. Maintain clear communication and keep accurate records of customer interactions. Collaborate with internal teams to meet company goals and customer expectations. Preferred candidate profile Excellent Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. 1 Year of Experience in Customer Retention : Must have at least one year of hands-on experience in customer retention or similar roles. US Shift (Night Shifts) : Comfortable working night shifts to align with US time zones. Salary : Competitive pay, offering up to 40,000 CTC with 35,475 in-hand. Attractive Monthly Incentives : Performance-based incentives in addition to the fixed salary. Fixed Off Days : Saturdays and Sundays off to ensure a balanced work-life schedule. Immediate Joiners Only : Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred. Clear Exit from Previous Employer : Must have a smooth transition from the previous employer with no pending commitments. Perks and benefits Salary: Up to 40,000 CTC with an in-hand salary of 35,475. Monthly Attractive Incentives based on performance . ( upto 7000 of incentives will be fixed for 6 months) Fixed off days: Saturdays & Sundays .
