Roles Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement strategies to achieve business growth and sales targets. Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify new opportunities. Proposal Presentation: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to clients. Negotiation Closing: Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue goals. Collaboration Reporting: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and report progress to management. Skills Requirements: Educational Qualification: Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 1+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field. Working experience in the Blockchain industry is an added advantage. Freshers with strong communication and analytical skills are also encouraged to apply. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective client interaction. Proven Record: Demonstrated success in client acquisition, lead generation, and achieving sales targets.
