Communicate with clients over the calls to identify their requirements and choice of property. Explain to the customers about the products, their features, and benefits. Proactively initiate and engage sales calls to new prospects. Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements, and developing and negotiating contracts. Locates potential business deals by contacting potential customers. Define and follow up on yearly targets and objectives. Determine new opportunities by analyzing business needs. Go with clients to check out properties so they can see them in person and help them understand everything about it. Requirements. Any Graduate.
