Role Overview : The Business Development Executive will be responsible for sourcing, qualifying, and generating business leads for Whitelion Systems Pvt. Ltd. The role will require identifying prospective clients, conducting outreach, and maintaining a strong pipeline of leads. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure lead quality and timely conversion into business opportunities. Role Description Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through online research, databases, and networking events. Generate quality leads through calls, emails, and social media outreach. Lead Qualification: Qualify leads based on their fit with Whitelions target market and conversion potential, ensuring they meet quality criteria before passing them on to the sales team. CRM Management: Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and timely data. Ensure quick lead entry, tracking, and follow-ups. Collaboration with Sales and Sales Support Team: Work with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of leads and contribute to the overall sales pipeline by generating valuable prospects. Market Research: Conduct research to identify new business trends and opportunities, enabling the team to target the right customers effectively.
