Job Description

About the role: In the Business Development Executive role, you will engage with high-priority inbound leads to cultivate and qualify leads. You will communicate with director-level and above prospects to understand business needs, key initiatives, budget, and approval processes. Business Development Executive also facilitate proper lead transition to internal Account Executives to ensure a world-class client experience. Responsibilities of a Business Development Executive include but are not limited to: Evaluating and qualifying leads from marketing campaigns Contacting potential clients through cold calls and emails Identifying client needs and suggesting appropriate products/services Setting up meetings or calls between clients and sales executives Staying up-to-date with new products/services and pricing/payment plans Implementing tools and processes to automate lead qualification Creating automated and regular reports with stats related to the lead qualification Deliver a summary of the opportunity and background of client needs/expectations with the aligned business partners Some skills that a Business Development Executive may have include: Bachelor's degree 1-2 years of business experience Experience in the Digital Marketing space is a plus Telephone sales and persuasiveness skills Project management skills Computer skills with working knowledge of the MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel) Strong will to win and executive presence Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills Benefits : Competitive Base Salary: A fair and attractive compensation package to recognize the core responsibilities of the role.
