Position - Business Development Executive Experience - 2 - 3 years Skill - Interest in client acquisition & great communication Engagement - Full-time | On-site Location - OMR, Chennai We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our fast-paced design agency. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, identifying and developing new business opportunities, and building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with a genuine interest in design, a strategic mindset, and a strong drive to succeed in sales and marketing. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Outreach Research and identify new market opportunities and potential clients. Proactively reach out to prospects via cold calls, emails, and networking platforms. Maintain and update lead databases and CRM systems. Client Relationship Management Build strong relationships with clients to understand their business challenges and needs. Act as the first point of contact for prospective clients, ensuring timely communication and follow-ups. Coordinate and schedule meetings, presentations, and demos. Proposal & Presentation Support Assist in preparing proposals, pitch decks, and capability documents tailored to client requirements. Participate in client calls and presentations alongside senior managers when needed. Collaboration with Internal Teams Liaise with design, marketing, and product teams to ensure client requirements are clearly communicated. Provide feedback from the market and clients to refine offerings and communication strategies. Reporting & Analysis Track sales performance, conversion rates, and client engagement. Provide weekly and monthly updates on outreach efforts and pipeline status. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field. 2–3 years of relevant experience in sales, client servicing, or business development. Excellent spoken and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and networking abilities. Ability to work independently with a solution-oriented mindset. Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) is a plus. Understanding of digital, design, or tech services is a bonus. What We Offer: A collaborative and energetic work environment.
