Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the FMCG/retail segment. Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, HoReCa clients, and institutional buyers. Drive sales growth by achieving monthly and quarterly targets. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity. Represent the brand at trade shows, exhibitions, and customer meetings. Coordinate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and in-store branding. Ensure timely delivery and payment collections from clients. Prepare and present sales reports to management. Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 14 years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in the FMCG/Food & Beverages industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Willingness to travel locally/regionally as per business needs. Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
