Role & responsibilities On video call/ on call or face to face counseling of students for joining the training and convert as many as leads into admission. Minimum monthly revenue generation should be achieved per month Making follow-up calls, google meet calls, attending office visits Maintain Database of your follow up as well as cross checking team members database for smooth functioning of work. Daily/Monthly/Weekly targets should be achieved. Overall responsibility to make sure that maximum students should join training with us per month. Taking feedback from running batch students on a daily basis. Responsibility to make sure that maximum students should pay the installments on time to the company per month Fluency in Marathi as a required skill to communicate with local clients. Strong negotiation skills for facilitating successful student admissions and partnerships.
