Business Development Executive Location: Hyderabad Job Description: 1. Market Research: • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends. • Analyse competitor activities and market dynamics to position our services effectively. 2. Lead Generation: • Generate new business leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and digital platforms. • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and promotional activities. 3. Client Engagement: • Build and nurture relationships with biomedical companies including, but not limited to pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device companies. • Understand client needs and collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client objectives. 4. Proposal Development: • Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients. • Work closely with scientific and operational teams to ensure accurate and competitive proposals. • 5. Contract Negotiation: • Negotiate contracts and pricing structures to achieve mutually beneficial agreements. • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. 6. Sales Forecasting and Reporting: • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions. • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and business development activities. 7. Collaboration with Internal Teams: • Work closely with scientific, operational, and project management teams to ensure seamless project delivery. • Provide feedback from clients to internal teams for continuous improvement. 8. Ad hoc Operational activities as assigned.
