Job Description: Business Coordinator – Client Engagement Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and articulate Business Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for international clients. The candidate will represent the organization in meetings with clients, understand their trading strategies, and profile them effectively. The insights gathered will be relayed to senior management for decision-making. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to build rapport with clients, and a strong understanding of trading and financial markets. Key Responsibilities: Client Engagement: Act as the first point of contact for international clients. Represent the organization in initial meetings, understanding client needs, trading strategies, and profiles. Build and maintain professional relationships with traders, researchers, and other stakeholders. Data Collection & Reporting: Gather detailed insights into client strategies, trading styles, and preferences. Prepare comprehensive reports and relay the information to management for strategic decisions. Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all interactions. Meeting Coordination: Collaborate with the HR team to schedule and organize meetings with clients. Ensure smooth transitions between initial meetings and subsequent interactions with senior management. Market Research & Analysis: Connect with various traders and researchers to stay updated on trading trends and strategies. Provide management with relevant market insights to support organizational growth. Client Relationship Management: Address client queries and concerns professionally. Maintain a high level of client satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships. Qualifications: Currently pursuing or completed an MBA (preferred full-time or online programs). Strong understanding of financial markets, trading strategies, and profiles. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to analyze and present complex data in a clear and concise manner. Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office Suite. Key Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
