What Work Will You Do? Lead strategic growth initiatives and identify new business opportunities across sectors. Own client relationships end-to-end: from pitching to execution and retention. Develop creative, data-backed campaign ideas and brand engagement strategies tailored to client objectives. Conduct in-depth research to stay on top of industry trends, competitor movements, and client needs. Craft compelling presentations showcasing our expertise in offline marketing and brand activation. Drive revenue through smart prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals. Collaborate with regional planners and marketing teams to execute high-impact campaigns. Operate at the intersection of BTL, digital tech, and direct consumer engagement strategies. Skills Required BTL & Activation Expertise: Solid understanding of branding campaigns, field marketing, and consumer engagement tactics. Client-Facing Confidence: Proven ability to manage and grow client accounts, interfacing with senior stakeholders with ease. Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical skills to craft data-informed, impactful strategies. Business Development Acumen: Comfortable with lead generation, sales pitches, and deal closures. Collaboration & Communication: Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with a team-player mindset.
