Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team, focusing on bench sales, offshore services, and resource management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT staffing, sales, and client relationship management, with proven expertise in placing consultants and managing resource pipelines. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities in IT staffing and offshore services. Market and place bench consultants by establishing and nurturing relationships with vendors and clients. Collaborate with resource managers to identify available consultants and align them with client requirements. Build and maintain a strong client and vendor network for staffing opportunities. Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, lead generation, negotiation, and closure. Coordinate with offshore teams to deliver quality staffing solutions to clients. Keep track of market trends, client demands, and consultant availability to ensure alignment with business goals. Ensure compliance with client requirements, contract agreements, and company policies. Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and pipeline progress to management. Negotiate and close agreements to maximize profit and ensure client satisfaction. Required Skills Proven experience in bench sales, resource management, and IT staffing. Strong understanding of the IT consulting and offshore service industry. Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact with clients, vendors, and consultants. Knowledge of visa classifications and hiring processes in staffing (e.g., H1B, GC, OPT, CPT). Ability to identify client needs and provide tailored staffing solutions. Proficiency in CRM tools and staffing platforms for tracking and reporting. Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities. Required Experience 8-12 years of experience in business development, bench sales, or IT staffing roles. Proven track record of placing consultants and meeting sales targets. Familiarity with offshore and onshore staffing processes. Experience in managing resource pipelines and aligning them with client needs.
