Job Title: IT Sales Marketing Lead – Software Sales Location: Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh Department: Sales & Marketing Reports To: Head of Sales Job Summary: We are seeking a strategic and results-driven IT Sales Marketing Lead to spearhead our software sales initiatives. This role combines leadership in marketing strategy with hands-on sales execution to drive qualified pipeline growth, customer acquisition, and revenue targets in the B2B IT software space. Key Responsibilities: Sales Enablement & Strategy Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for software products Align sales and marketing teams to streamline messaging and targeting Collaborate with product teams to translate technical features into customer benefits Lead Generation & Pipeline Growth Create and manage integrated campaigns (email, content, events, social) to drive qualified leads Work with SDRs and AEs to optimize lead handoff and conversion rates Oversee marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Identify and prioritize high-value target accounts Develop custom marketing programs tailored to buying committees Support account executives with content and insights tailored to buyer personas Performance Analysis Track and report on KPIs and ROI Use data to iterate and improve campaigns and strategies Present insights to leadership and sales stakeholders Team Leadership & Collaboration Manage cross-functional initiatives between sales, product, and marketing Mentor junior marketers or coordinate external vendors/partners Represent the sales marketing function in leadership meetings Required Qualifications: MBA in Marketing, Business, or a related field 5+ years of experience in B2B software sales or marketing Proven track record in generating pipeline and supporting complex software sales cycles Strong understanding of SaaS/IT/software markets, buyer journeys, and sales funnels Proficient in CRM and marketing automation platforms Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Skills: Familiarity with enterprise IT environments and cloud-based solutions Experience with ABM tools (e.g., Demandbase, 6sense) Ability to craft persuasive messaging and positioning for technical products Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹13,476.57 - ₹37,074.86 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Internet reimbursement Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Education: Master's (Required) Experience: Lead generation: 3 years (Required) B2B sales: 4 years (Required) Language: English (Required) Hindi (Required) Work Location: In person
