Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to drive sales, build strategic partnerships, and expand our market presence in the events and hospitality industry. This role requires a deep understanding of event planning, hotel services, and client acquisition. ________________________________________ 🎯 Key Responsibilities • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the events and hospitality sector. • Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, wedding organizers, etc. • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. • Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends and competitor activities. • Manage the sales pipeline and provide regular reporting to senior management. • Negotiate contracts, packages, and pricing to close deals. • Collaborate with operations, marketing, and event teams to ensure client satisfaction. • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events. ________________________________________ ✅ Qualifications & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field. • 4+ years of proven experience in business development, preferably in hotels, events, or tourism. • Strong network of contacts in the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Exhibitions) and hospitality space. • Solid understanding of event operations, hotel bookings, and B2B sales cycles. • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. ________________________________________ 💼 Key Skills • Strategic Sales & Lead Generation • Market Research & Analysis • CRM Tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM) • Proposal Writing & Presentations • Contract Negotiation • Client Relationship Management • Knowledge of Event Management Software (optional) Contact Person: Ishita Mistry - HR 7600051438 ishita@360solutions.co.in Show more Show less
