We are now looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities in AR/VR, gaming, simulation, and digital solutions Build and nurture strong relationships with potential and existing clients Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales and revenue growth Work closely with internal teams (tech, design, project management) to align project delivery with client expectations Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and client needs Prepare proposals, pitch decks, and pricing models for prospective clients Negotiate contracts and close deals that are profitable and sustainable Represent the company at meetings, conferences, and industry events Requirements 2–3 years of experience in business development, preferably in the gaming, AR/VR, or tech domain Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building long-term client relationships Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into client value Strong problem-solving skills and a results-driven attitude Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus) Additional details Experience working with gaming studios, simulation companies, or interactive product firms Knowledge of project lifecycle and software development processes Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems What we offer: A dynamic work environment with innovative and collaborative teams Opportunity to work on cutting-edge AR/VR and gaming projects Growth opportunities and performance-based rewards Competitive salary package Show more Show less
