Role Summary We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join AdBeets as a Business Development Manager (BDM) specializing in Sales and Lead Generation. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic client acquisition, managing sales pipelines, and generating high-quality leads for our innovative Digital Outof- Home (DOOH) advertising solutions. Key Responsibilities Identify and qualify business opportunities across multiple sectors through cold calling, networking, research, and events, maintaining a strong sales pipeline. Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing, meet/exceed sales targets, deliver impactful presentations, and negotiate contracts. Build lasting client relationships, customize advertising solutions, coordinate onboarding with internal teams, and update CRM with sales activities. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitors to refine sales strategies and boost lead generation efforts. Represent AdBeets at events, collaborate with marketing to enhance brand visibility, and contribute to business growth initiatives. Qualifications • 48 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation, preferably in advertising, digital media, or technology sectors, or DOOH. • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and closing large-scale deals. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Self-motivated, result-driven, and able to work independently
