We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, sales, and strategic partnerships within the Media & Advertising or Digital Out of Home (DOOH) industry. Key Responsibilities: Identify and onboard high-traffic locations for screen installations, ensuring long-term partnerships. Drive ad sales for our DOOH network, optimizing inventory and maximizing revenue streams. Build relationships with brands, agencies, and partners to develop a strong sales pipeline. Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure. Develop and execute strategies to enhance revenue growth and market expansion. Provide market insights and competitor analysis to refine sales approaches. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of advertising campaigns. Requirements: 4-8 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnershipspreferably in DOOH, media, or advertising. Proven track record in deal-making, negotiations, and revenue generation. Strong network within the advertising and media industry. High adaptability and a strong sense of ownership. Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment. Strong communication and presentation skills. Expertise in Business Development & Sales, Strategic Partnership Building, Market Research & Analysis, and Client Relationship Management. Preferred: Experience in advertising & media sales. Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic sales plans.
