Job Title : Business Development Manager Specializing in: Government Liaison & Tendering (Mining Sector) Age : 45-50 years Experience : 10-15 years (Preferred in Mining, Ash Management or EPC) CTC : As per industrial standards Key Responsibilities : Government Liaison: Build and maintain relationships with government officials, regulatory bodies and public sector clients. Tender Management: Identify, analyze and prepare bids for government tenders related to mining projects & ash management. Project Management: Oversee mining-related projects, ensuring compliance with government regulations and industry standards. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to government regulations and tender requirements. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and JV partners for successful project execution. Negotiation & Contracts: Handle techno-commercial negotiations and finalize agreements. Qualifications : Bachelor's/Masters degree in Business, Engineering, or related field. Skills & Expertise Strong understanding of government tendering processes. Experience in mining sector business development. Strong leadership and project management skills. Excellent communication and networking skills. Ability to travel extensively for meetings and site visits.
