Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential clients from the provided database or leads. Explain the product/service and its benefits to customers in a clear and persuasive manner. Understand clients needs and requirements and suggest the right product/service. Maintain call logs and update CRM systems with accurate information. Schedule follow-up calls and appointments for the field marketing team. Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and lead conversion. Handle client queries courteously and professionally.
