Job Title : Business Development Manager / Senior Manager / Director Location : Bangalore Job Type : Full-Time Position Overview: We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our growth efforts in the digital transformation / embedded / application software services domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology services sales to customers like Google / Microsoft / Cisco in the areas of digital transformation / embedded / application software . You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities in embedded software, digital transformation and application development services. Engage with CXOs, product heads, and engineering teams at client organizations to understand needs and propose suitable solutions. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies in collaboration with marketing and technical teams. Create and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and demos to potential clients. Collaborate with internal delivery and engineering teams to ensure project alignment with client expectations. Drive sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure and post-sales engagement. Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry trends, technologies and competitor landscape. Qualifications: · Experience: 5 to 15 years of proven experience in business development with existing strong network with decision makers at companies like Google / Microsoft / Cisco. Should be well versed with Staff augmentation / T&M, Turnkey / FPP and ODC models of engagements and should have proven record of closing deals. Strong understanding of digital transformation / embedded / application software services . Strong track record of growing business at companies like Google / Microsoft / Cisco. Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders. Self-starter with a proven ability to work independently and take ownership of sales process.
