Job Description

Business Development Manager App & Web Monetization Were a growing platform helping mobile apps and websites monetize through reward-based surveys and offerwalls. Were looking for a smart and driven business development manager to help us scale publisher partnerships. What youll do: Hunt & qualify: Research high-potential app and site publishers, build tailored prospect lists, and open doors via email, LinkedIn, and industry communities. Pitch & close: Articulate ROI, run product demos, negotiate terms, and move deals to signature. Coordinate onboarding: Work with our tech success team to ensure each partner’s SDK or URL integration goes live smoothly. Own the funnel: Keep outreach, deal stages, and performance metrics up-to-date in the CRM; share insights with leadership. Grow relationships: Monitor post-launch results, surface upsell opportunities, and turn happy publishers into advocates. What makes you a great fit: 1-3 years in B2B growth or partnerships ideally in ad-tech, SaaS, affiliate, or mobile-first products. Fluent in outbound sales tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lemlist/Mailshake, and HubSpot or similar CRMs. Tech-curious: comfortable discussing SDKs, APIs, or web integrations (deep dev skills not required—you know when to pull in an engineer). Data-minded communicator: you craft crisp value propositions and back them up with numbers. Self-starter mentality: you thrive in a remote, high-autonomy environment and hit targets without hand-holding.
