Research, prospect, and qualify potential clients through calls, emails, and LinkedIn. Develop targeted lead lists and maintain an up-to-date database. Schedule meetings and coordinate with the sales team for conversions. Track leads, follow-ups, and ensure a high conversion rate. Requirements: 1-5 years of experience in IT lead generation & demand generation. Strong knowledge of IT services, staffing, and outsourcing models. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Hands-on experience with CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, etc. 2: Business Development Manager Staff Augmentation & IT Fixed Scope Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies for IT staff augmentation and fixed-scope projects. Identify, engage, and onboard new clients through networking & cold outreach. Work closely with recruitment & technical teams to align business requirements. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service-level agreements (SLAs). Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. Requirements: 4-10 years of experience in IT Sales, Staff Augmentation, or IT Project Sales. Proven track record in business development & client acquisition.
