Job Description: Trade Marketing. AM/RM/Manger/ AGM/ DGM Locations: Raipur, Ranchi, Agartala, Guwahati, Siliguri Company: AIG Hospitals Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Trade Marketing Executive to drive brand visibility, enhance customer engagement, and boost sales across the designated locations. This role is essential in coordinating between the sales, marketing, and operations teams to execute successful marketing strategies at the local level. The ideal candidate will be innovative, adaptable, and possess a deep understanding of local market dynamics. Key Responsibilities: Market Analysis & Strategy Development Conduct regular analysis of local market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Develop and implement trade marketing strategies tailored to each location to enhance brand visibility and promote AIG Hospitals' services. Sales Promotion Activities Plan and execute BTL (Below-the-Line) marketing activities such as health camps, kiosks, health talks, and outreach events to promote awareness and increase patient footfall. Collaborate with the sales team to support lead generation efforts through trade marketing initiatives. Relationship Management Build and maintain relationships with local healthcare providers, pharmacies, and community leaders to enhance brand reputation. Act as a liaison between the hospitals marketing team and the sales force to ensure cohesive brand messaging and timely execution of campaigns. Brand Visibility & Merchandising Ensure proper placement and visibility of promotional materials, including posters, banners, and pamphlets, across relevant locations. Monitor and manage inventory of marketing collateral to ensure optimal stock levels for promotional activities. Performance Tracking & Reporting Track, measure, and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, using KPIs to assess the effectiveness of campaigns. Provide regular feedback and insights to improve the effectiveness of local marketing strategies and patient outreach efforts. Compliance & Adherence Ensure that all marketing activities comply with industry regulations and company standards. Stay updated on the latest healthcare marketing trends and regulatory requirements. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in trade marketing, sales, or a related field, preferably in healthcare or the pharmaceutical industry. Strong understanding of local market dynamics and customer preferences. Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects across different locations. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Travel Requirements: Regular travel within designated locations for event coordination and market analysis.
