We have various in-house designed and patented products for Air Quality Monitoring, Flood Monitoring, and Weather Monitoring. The company provides innovative climate management solutions that help businesses and individuals monitor and analyze air quality and urban floods in real-time. Role Description:-The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, achieving sales targets, and building and maintaining strong relationships with customers. The role will involve creating and delivering effective sales presentations, negotiating deals, and driving revenue growth. He/She will primarily target B2B and B2G clients and will be expected to travel frequently to meet existing clients or generate new ones. Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and engage with potential clients in the B2B and B2G sectorsTravel to meet clients and generate new business opportunitiesMeet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the companyPrepare and deliver compelling sales presentationsNegotiate and close deals to meet revenue goalsMaintain customer relationships and ensure satisfactionUse CRM software to manage leads, prospects, and customer dataStay up-to-date with industry trends and the competitive landscape Qualifications3–4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a relevant fieldExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong negotiation and deal-closing skillsExperience using CRM software and sales toolsExperience in air quality management or environmental services is a plusBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus Why Join Aurassure?Be part of a passionate team that strives to solve one of the world’s most critical challenges—climate change.
