Business Development Manager (BDM)

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead the acquisition and growth of new RPO clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales within the staffing/recruitment/RPO industry, a deep understanding of client needs, and the ability to build lasting partnerships. Key Responsibilities: Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities for RPO services. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the client base. Build strong relationships with key decision-makers including HR heads, procurement, and CXOs. Conduct sales presentations, negotiate terms, and close RPO contracts. Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure delivery capabilities align with client expectations. Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to inform sales strategy. Maintain a pipeline of qualified leads using CRM tools. Represent the company at networking events, industry conferences, and online webinars. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or related field. 3+ years of experience in sales or business development in RPO/staffing/recruitment industry. Strong understanding of RPO solutions, talent acquisition, and workforce management. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
