Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Business Development Manager (BDM) - Employee Benefits at XRG Consulting Pvt Ltd. The BDM will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, and creating strategies to drive business growth. The role also includes negotiating contracts, preparing proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client requirements and ensure successful project delivery. Qualifications Experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship ManagementUnderstanding of Employee Benefits, HR Solutions, and related servicesStrong negotiation and proposal preparation skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to conduct market research and develop growth strategiesBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fieldProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM softwareAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPrior experience in the consulting industry is a plus
