Roles and Responsibilities Target Achievement Drive sales and consistently achieve targets by building strong relationships with existing customers. Explore cross-selling and reference selling opportunities to maximize business from current clients. Ensure timely collection of policy renewals to maintain policy continuity and persistency. Sales Process Management Work diligently on the assigned customer base with complete ownership of the lead management process. Provide end-to-end servicing to customers, ensuring a seamless experience throughout the policy lifecycle. Generate quality customer references during every interaction to support business growth.
