Business Development Manager (BDM) - Sales and Marketing (Field-based + Remote coordination) Job Type: Full-time | Probation: 3 months. A newly launched health-focused food startup is looking for a dynamic, young, and enthusiastic Business Development Manager to join its core team. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone eager to grow with the company and take charge of sales, marketing, and strategy-building from the ground up. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement innovative sales and marketing strategies Identify and build distribution and retail partnerships Manage customer outreach both online and offline Lead promotional campaigns, sampling, and market surveys Report directly to the founding team with regular updates and suggestions Who Should Apply?
