Managing lead generation and ensuring regular site visits are generated by the team. Helping the team in sales closures. Ensuring 3x of team cost is achieved as net revenue. Reviewing client activity, anticipating client needs, and improving overall satisfaction. Creating sales reports and providing feedback to the leadership team. Establishing and maintaining key customer relationships. Handling a team size of 10 to 12 people. End-to-end sales of vacant and new properties through leads assigned in CRM Generating and Conducting Site Visits of interested clients to relevant properties. Managing negotiations with Buyers and ensuring deal closures Achieving target of 5 to 6 prospective site visits every weekend Show more Show less
