Responsibilities: Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve business growth targets for IT services and Staff Augmentation Qualify leads and conduct in-depth needs analysis to understand client requirements and pain points Collaborate with the technical team to understand service capabilities, tailor solutions to meet client needs, and develop compelling proposals and quotes Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients, acting as a trusted advisor and providing excellent customer service Actively seek out potential leads and new client acquisition through various online channels Demonstrating the attributes of the company's services and guiding potential clients Qualifications: Proven experience in inside sales, business development, or account management in IT and Staff Augmentation services Good Knowledge of IT services, including software development, cloud computing, cybersecurity, or related areas Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
