Job Description

We are seeking an organized, energetic results-driven business development manager to join our Sales team. This role requires you to oversee sales and distribution in Middle East region and work to grow our customer base. We need individuals with good communication skills and experience selling software solutions in Middle East region. Your responsibilities: Create sales pipeline and meet sales quotas in alignment with business objectives Collaborate with senior leadership team internally to establish and execute a sales goal for the Middle East region. Forecast monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals Educating sales team with presentations of strategies, seminars and regular meetings Initiate and innovate marketing strategies to increase sales and reduce costs Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction Reviewing regional expenses and recommend improvements Attend trade shows and conventions as needed Skill sets/Experience we require: 3-5 years proven work experience in selling software solutions in the Middle East region. Ability to manage multiple accounts effectively. Experience in sales forecasting and building a customer base Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators Familiarity with CRM software Good communication presentation skills Strong management skills with a problem-solving mindset Need to travel as needed Pedigree: Bachelor s degree in Management (any discipline), schooling from Middle East preferred. MBA in Sales Marketing would be preferred
