Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Executive/Manager to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the US staffing industry with a focus on business development and client acquisition. Job Title: Business Development/Inside Sales Executive. - US Staffing Industry Location: Hyderabad, India Responsibilities Execute a high volume of phone calls, LinkedIn messages, emails and follow-ups to develop pipeline opportunities within target accounts of North America . Introduce Boolean Data IT services to potential customers through strategic account identification and do targeted outbound outreach via cold prospecting. Achieve and exceed the monthly/quarterly metrics (appointments with prospects, discovery call for sales and generating sales qualified leads). Work closely with the offshore VP sale to generate leads and accelerate the sales pipeline and extend our reach into target accounts. Collaborate with the marketing team for any webinars, willing to extend with other marketing efforts ensuring a seamless user experience for customers and prospects. Manage lead pipeline and prospecting status in Zoho CRM.
